A Construction Professional for more than 25 years, Chris has been involved in the development and construction of well over 1,500 homes in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.

Prior to forming New Concord, Chris was a Vice President for WCI Communities.  Chris was responsible for overseeing Construction operations, as well as the Customer Care and Purchasing Departments in the Northeast US Region.  Chris spent more than 17 years of his career with WCI and was with the company when it was first launched.  He helped the company grow from its small beginnings of 6 employees, into a company that employed hundreds and was once regarded as the premier homebuilder in the region.

Chris is responsible for overseeing construction, purchasing and customer care operations as he did for many years at WCI.  Among the skills Chris brings to New Concord, one of his strongest is his ability to effectively manage multiple large scale projects simultaneously.  While at WCI he was responsible for managing many projects with costs totaling more than $750 million dollars.

Chris started in the industry immediately after high school, working as a laborer where he built the foundation for his onsite project management skills, literally learning the business from the ground up.  Over the course of his career, Chris has worked with such Developers as Michael Rosen, Alfred J. Liverzani Associates, Schrager Hotels and Riverbank, as well as overseeing some semi-commercial projects for Donald Trump and ABS Partners Real Estate LLC.  Chris' extensive hands-on experience and vast knowledge of the home building industry has guided him throughout his career and contributed greatly to his ability to build many award-winning communities over the years.

Chris represents New Concord Development in the Builders Association of the Hudson Valley and the Home Builders Association of Connecticut and is also a member of Knights of Columbus.  Chris resides in Newtown, Connecticut with his wife Lucia, daughter Marina and son Justin.
