Listed below is a basic outline of the services we provide:  

• Property acquisition due diligence 
• Coordination of the preliminary feasibility/market studies and reports
• Acquisition and Construction financing              
• Selection of marketing and sales team
• Generate overall projects budgets (hard and soft costs)
• Preparation of project pro-forma     
• Prepare initial projected cash flows for the project                      
• Risk Management
• Coordinate filing and approvals of public offering statement 

Once your project is underway, we will offer the following Accounting and Finance Services: 

• Tax planning and preparation
• Preparation of monthly draw requests for lender 
• Creation of monthly cost reports showing in detail: budget, spent to date and balance to finish
• Complete accounting services including General Ledger, Job Cost and Accounts Payable
• Updated cash flow projections 
• Ongoing risk management monitoring 
• Coordination of Monthly Association meetings
